Hold a Bay

Tell Us What You Play.
We Will Do the Rest.

This form is a request, not an instant confirmation. Tess reads every one and calls back within one business day with the times that actually exist, because a diary that lies to you is worse than no diary at all.

Request Form

Six Fields and a Sentence

Approximate is fine. It helps us pull the right components in advance.

Nothing is charged now. Session fees are taken on the day and credited in full against any build ordered within ninety days.

What Happens Next

  1. Tess calls you back, usually the same day.
  2. You agree a bay, a fitter and a length of session.
  3. We pull likely components onto the rack before you arrive.
  4. You turn up with your clubs and your normal shoes.
Availability, honestly
  • March through June: Saturdays run about three weeks out.
  • July and August: usually a week's notice is enough.
  • December through February: bench work dominates; fitting slots are wide open.
  • Wednesdays are closed to appointments all year.
Cancellations

Give us twenty-four hours and there is no charge. Inside that window we ask for half the session fee, because an empty bay on a Saturday is a slot somebody else wanted. Weather is never counted against you — we fit indoors.

Prepare

Four Things Worth Doing Beforehand

Bring Everything

Including the clubs you never hit. Half of gapping work is deciding what leaves the bag.

Normal Shoes

Lie angle depends on your posture and your posture depends on your footwear.

Warm Up First

If you can hit twenty balls beforehand, do. If not, we build warm-up into the session.

Know Your Courses

Firm or soft, long or tight. Where you play changes what a good build looks like.
