Session Rates
Posted Prices.
No Commission Anywhere.
Bay time is charged by the session. Parts are charged at cost plus a stated margin. Bench labour has a published hourly rate. Nobody here is paid more for selling you something, so the only thing that moves the total is the work you actually authorise.
Fitting Sessions
Every session includes the baseline read of your current clubs and the printed ladder. Session fees are credited in full against any club built here within ninety days of the appointment.

Prices held since spring. Ohio sales tax applies to components, not to bay time.
The Fee Comes Back
Order a build within ninety days and the full session fee is deducted from the invoice. There is no minimum spend attached to that and no expiry games.
Second Fitter
Two golfers sharing a three-hour block, one bay each: $200 per person. Common with playing partners and with parent-and-junior pairs.
Ladder Refresh
$60 for existing customers. We re-run your set against the ladder on file and show you what has drifted. Most people do this every second spring.
Build and Service Work
Labour is charged per club. Components are separate and always quoted before work begins. If your session produced a work list, these are the numbers on it.

Same-day service where the bench is clear; otherwise three to five working days.
How We Price Parts
We charge component cost plus a flat thirty per cent. That figure is written on the wall behind the desk and it does not change between a house-brand shaft and a premium one, which means we have no financial reason to steer you upmarket.
Heads are bought as components or as pulls from stock sets depending on the line. Shafts come from our own library or are ordered raw. Grips are stocked in around forty variations, and we hold build-up tape in three thicknesses.
If you would rather source a component yourself and have us fit it, that is fine. We charge the same labour rate and we will tell you honestly whether what you bought is what you think you bought — the counterfeit shaft market is real and we see two or three a year.

Six Things About Money
- No commission, ever. Fitters are salaried. This is the single most important number on the page and it is zero.
- Deposits on builds. Half up front on any build over $400, balance on collection. Nothing is charged when you request a session.
- Cancellations. Free with twenty-four hours' notice. Inside that, half the session fee. Weather never counts against you.
- Warranty. Our assembly is guaranteed for as long as you own the club. Component defects go through the manufacturer and we handle the claim.
- Free regrips for life. On any set built here, labour is free forever. You pay for the grips.
- Junior pricing. Sizing sessions for under-sixteens are half rate, and cut-down builds are labour-free.
