Forms are convenient but the phone is faster. If you need a slot this week, if a club has failed mid-season, or if you are collecting a build and need to change the time, ring the shop directly on (614) 555-0186. Somebody answers whenever the doors are open.
One thing worth knowing: the shop is shut on Wednesdays for build work, so a Tuesday evening message gets picked up Thursday morning rather than the next day. Everything else runs on the one-business-day promise.
If you sent a booking request, have a look at the session walkthrough before your appointment. Golfers who arrive knowing roughly how the three hours are structured get more out of the middle section, where the actual testing happens.
